It has definitely been a minute since I have been able to add a new post to my blog. But finally, I am done working on these invites for my sister's bridal shower! 50 in total! The first time I have ever mass produced anything. I love how they turned out. :)
I tried finding a digital stamp with flowers in a mason jar, but didn't have much luck finding one that really worked with what I had in mind. But I did recall seeing a stamp set at Michaels that I thought would work and it did! The Bouquet for You stamp set by Stampendous was perfect.
I typed up the info on Microsoft Word with a super cute font I found on Pinterest, and formatted it to A2 size. I printed on 65 lb Recollections cardstock and used my MISTI and Post-it note masks to stamp out each jar with the flowers and the stems.
Then I used the Crop-A-Dile Big Bite to punch 1/8" holes for the ribbon. Her wedding color is teal and I was able to find this 1/8" teal ribbon at Michaels for $0.50 (you'll need 2 spools for 50 invites, 10" each).
To make the invites sturdier and cover up the ribbon on the back, I cut 50 more A2 size panels out of Recollections 110 lb white cardstock, and adhered them to the back.
Thanks for stopping by!
