Dragon Birthday Wishes - Kinda Cute Digis

Hiya!
I'm sharing my latest project using a digi stamp from Kinda Cute. Today's card is using this sweet dragon with a cupcake, which I thought would go great on a birthday card.
I wanted the dragon to be the star of the show, so I sized him pretty big in Procreate so that he would take up the majority of an A2 card front.
After I had the image a size I liked, I printed it onto a piece of 80 lb. Neenah card stock. I used Copic markers to color the image and then fussy cut it out. I also went along the edges with a black Memento marker.
Then, I went back and added some dots with a dark green Copic and white gel pen to give him some extra texture.
For the patterned card stock, I used an old paper pad from The Paper Studio, from Hobby Lobby. I used stitched rectangle dies and a circle die to cut out some different patterns from the collection.
I used a Happy Birthday die from Lawn Fawn to cut out the sentiment from a piece of white card stock. Then I layered all of my pieces and attached them with some Tombow mono liquid glue.
To finish off the card, I made a white card base from 110 lb. card stock and attached the front panel.
I really love how this card turned out! He's such a happy guy and the bright colors are really fun! 😀😄
