I needed a Father’s day card for a dad that hunts. Since I didn’t have any stamps that fit, I searched online for some digi stamps. I found the perfect stamps on a website called Make It Crafty, I love these silly images.
I printed the images on 65 lb. white cardstock and colored them using Copic markers. I used the Birch Tree dies from Hello Bluebird and distress inks to make them look more realistic.
The grass was diecut out of green cardstock using Lawn Fawn Grassy Hillside Borders. I added dimension to the forest using foam tape on some of the trees. I added the deer in the background and the hunter in the foreground.
For the sentiment, I heat embossed “Happy Father’s Day” from Lawn Fawn’s dad + me stamp set onto a black banner.
To finish the card, I layered the main panel onto some dark red cardstock and adhered it to a black card base.
Thanks for stopping by!
