Jump for Joy

I made this card for my sister's 24th birthday. Her and I both love fall, so I thought the Jump for Joy stamp set from Lawn Fawn would have the perfect images to use on this card.

And luckily enough, I had this card in mind when I started coloring up images for The Daily Marker 30 day coloring challenge! 😄

I had previously colored up the fox and leaves with Copic markers for days 1 & 2 of the coloring challenge, so from there I tried to decide how the put the rest of the card together.

Copic Color Combinations

I chose the Gallery Frame #2 from Hello Bluebird and cut it out using paper from the Echo Park paper pad A Perfect Autumn. I also used the Halloween Tree die from Hello Bluebird as well and a wood grain die from Hero Arts for the tree.

I used the same paper pad along with the Quilted Stitched Spirals background die from Lil' Inker Designs for the sky.

For the grass, I used Lawn Fawn's Fall Knit Picky paper and added the little picket fence border, cut from white cardstock, on top of that.

I popped up the interior frame on some Scotch foam tape, as well as any of the other pieces hanging over the frame. Then I added the fox to make him seem like he was jumping into the pile of leaves.

I attached the main panel onto a side folding A2 sized white cardbase with some Art Glitter Glue.

For the final step, I stamped the inside with the sentiments "Jump for Joy" and "It's your birthday" on the inside of the card.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
